This System prepares thermoplastic materials for forming all-angle bends, REDUCES FABRICATION TIME both in setup and multiple bend operations. Unit has independently operated and movable heating trays, index rules on either side of table, full usage of working area allows you to work from both sides of the table at the same time. The adjustable fence may be positioned as shown or between trays. Units are completely self-contained and requires NO SPECIAL WIRING.

FTM, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of quality strip heaters for bending plastic, acrylic, and all thermoplastics. FTM manufactures complete systems consisting of four straight line heating trays, an aluminum frame and a digital power control.

FTM also manufactures free standing heating trays. FTM's strip heating trays can be plugged directly into a standard 120V outlet.

FTM also produces power controls specifically made for our free standing heaters (though some of our customers use our power controls with resistive wire).

FTM's heaters are used throughout the plastics fabrication industry for thermal forming of plastic in a straight line.
