All Free-Standing Heating Trays run on standard 120 volts and have a maximum operating temperature of 800°f. Units can be used with below Listed Power Controls where temperature control is desired.

Our Heating Trays have been exclusively designed to give constant professional bends while working with all types of Thermoplastic materials. They are essentially used for straight line bends or folds and are capable of heating up to 1/2" thick material. All trays come with standard 120 volt pigtail, are ready for operation.
Units can be used with Power Controls where temperature control is desired.

FTM also manufactures free standing heating trays. FTM's strip heating trays can be plugged directly into a standard 120v outlet.

FTM also produces power controls specifically made for our free standing heaters (though some of our customers use our power controls with resistive wire).

FTM's heaters are used throughout the plastics fabrication industry for thermal forming of plastic in a straight line.
